What safety measures are built into Assisted Living residences?

All residences in Assisted Living at The Pinnacle are designed to provide ample lighting, wide-threshold doorways to accommodate wheelchairs, stability bars in all bathrooms and emergency-call capability.

Does the building itself follow safety protocols for Assisted Living residents?

Residents in every level of living at The Pinnacle will enjoy the same safety policies and protocols we use to keep our community immaculately clean, safe and ready to serve you. Residences are access-controlled. Underground garage parking is secured and monitored, and we’ve designed the building’s environment to utilize the Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) system that minimizes COVID-19 and other airborne viruses.

What costs are associated with Assisted Living at The Pinnacle?

A resident's monthly service fee will consist of a base rate, which includes housing, all meals, weekly housekeeping, laundry services, utilities, cable and Wi-Fi, a robust calendar of events and organized outings, concierge services, maintenance services, scheduled transportation and medication management. If care and services for Assisted Living are needed, that will add to the base rate.

Are pets permitted in Assisted Living residences?

Yes. The Pinnacle is pet friendly. We recognize that beloved pets are part of your family.
