All include a full-sized kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, expansive living room, walk-in closets and washer & dryer. Most include floor-to-ceiling windows and a dedicated open-air balcony.
As a luxury rental community for independent senior living, The Pinnacle does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Monthly lease rates for a one-bedroom residence in Independent Living start at $8,395, and monthly rates for a two-bedroom residence start at $11,395.
A resident’s monthly service fee includes housing, a flexible monthly meal plan, bi-monthly housekeeping, utilities, cable and Wi-Fi, a robust calendar of events and organized outings, concierge services, maintenance services and scheduled transportation.
